Advarsel.no er et nettsted om arbeidstakeres ytringsfrihet og varsling, og tema og problemstillinger knyttet til dette. I flere land finnes en rekke gode nettsteder om temaet varsling. I Norge finnes Ad:varsel. I USA, Storbritannia, Tyskland og Australia, blant andre, finnes offentlige ombud, etater og frivillige organisasjoner som bidrar til debatt om temaet og som også bidrar sterkt til å ivareta varslernes interesser.

A network for the documentation of the harassment and persecutions of dissidents, whistle-blowers and critics of the elitist rulers of the countries of the world, is hereby launched. The dissidents and opponents of all origin and countries, are welcome to sign up and will be protected by publicity from this site, and will be followed up by the network members here to secure everything is OK, at all times.

FAIR ( Federal Accountability Initiative for Reform) promotes integrity and accountability within government by empowering employees to speak out without fear of reprisal when they encounter wrongdoing. Our aim is to support legislation and management practices that will provide effective protection for whistleblowers and hence occupational free speech in the workplace

National security whistleblowers provide accountability for governmental action that is even more critical than that found in non-national security cases. When national security whistleblowers bring to public light unseemly or illegal governmental activity, they are exposing activity that not only affects the public coffers but the very lives and safety of United States citizens

The National Whistleblowers Center (NWC) is an advocacy organization with a 20-year history of protecting the right of individuals to speak out about wrongdoing in the workplace without fear of retaliation. Since 1988, NWC has supported whistleblowers in the courts and before Congress, achieving victories for environmental protection, nuclear safety, government ethics and corporate accountability. NWC also sponsors several educational and assistance programs, including an online resource center on whistleblower rights, a speakers bureau of national experts and former whistleblowers, and a national attorney referral service run by the NWC’s sister group the National Whistleblower Legal Defense and Education Fund (NWLDEF). The National Whistleblowers Center is a non-partisan, non-profit organization based in Washington, DC.

Etisk kvalitet på tjenesteyting og myndighetsutøvelse er en forutsetning for at innbyggerne skal ha tillit til statstjenesten. Målet med disse generelle etiske retningslinjene er at alle statsansatte skal være seg dette bevisst. De etiske retningslinjene skal være av overordnet karakter, og er ikke detaljerte regler. De er ment å være generelle rettesnorer som igjen krever refleksjon av den enkelte ansatte. Bestemmelsene som er nedfelt er ikke alltid presise, men angir rettslige standarder.

Varslerunionen er en forening til støtte for de som melder fra om ulovlige forhold på arbeidsplassen. Det er en forening for alle som vil arbeide for et bedre vern og bedre muligheter for de som varsler om utilbørlige forhold i offentlige og private bedrifter. Foreningen vil bl.a. bidra ved høringer i forbindelse med lovforberedelser.

Whistleblowers Australia Inc. is an association for those who have exposed corruption or any form of malpractice, especially if they were then hindered or abused, and for those who are thinking of exposing it or who wish to support those who are doing so.
